Interim Agreement. In the event that, pending the completion of the procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement, the provisions of certain parts of this Agreement, in particular those relating to the free movement of goods as well as the relevant provisions on Transport, are put into effect by means of Interim Agreements between the Community and Serbia, the Parties agree that, in such circumstances for the purpose of the provisions of Title IV, Articles 73, 74 and 75 of this Agreement, Protocols 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7, and relevant provisions of Protocol 4, hereto, the terms "date of entry into force of this Agreement" mean the date of entry into force of the relevant Interim Agreement in relation to obligations contained in the abovementioned provisions. Interim Agreement. In the event that, pending the completion of the procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement, the provisions of certain parts of this Agreement, in particular those relating to the free movement of goods, are put into effect by means of an Interim Agreement between the Community and Lebanon, the parties agree that, in such circumstances, for the purposes of Titles II and IV of this Agreement and Annexes 1 and 2 and Protocols 1 to 5 thereto, the terms "date of entry into force of this Agreement" mean the date of entry into force of the Interim Agreement in relation to obligations contained in these Articles, Annexes and Protocols.

Interim Agreement. In the event that, pending the completion of the procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement, the provisions of certain parts of this Agreement, in particular those relating to the free movement of goods, are put into effect by means of an Interim Agreement between the Community and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Parties agree that, in such circumstances, for the purpose of Title IV, Articles 69, 70 and 71 of this Agreement and Protocol 1 to 5 hereto, the terms "date of entry into force of this Agreement" mean the date of entry into force of the Interim Agreement in relation to obligations contained in these Articles and Protocols.
Interim Agreement. This is the sole and complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and practices, oral or written, express or implied. Each party hereby waives the right to insist that the other party bargain collectively during the life of this agreement with respect to any questions of wages, hours, fringe benefits, or other conditions of employment. Changes to this agreement may be negotiated only upon mutual agreement of the parties to this agreement. Any agreed to changes shall be made effective upon any date agreed upon by both parties. In order for any changes to be effective, they must be set down in writing, and approved and signed by the Union and the Commissioner of Higher Education.
Interim Agreement. All amounts paid by Ciba to IOMED prior to the date hereof pursuant to the Interim Agreement and not previously spent in accordance therewith have been contributed to Dermion by IOMED pursuant to the Contribution Agreement.
Interim Agreement. Ball Industrial Services and SXXX have executed this interim agreement to cover project management, engineering and equipment procurement costs associated with the project. The Target Price for the Project will be prepared within 8 weeks of execution and funding of this Interim Agreement.
