Interference with System Performance. If EBOOKERS Equipment degrades or interferes with System performance, or is an unauthorized modification thereto, EBOOKERS will pay then prevailing charges to diagnose and eliminate the degradation, interference or modification. All resulting downtime and costs will be EBOOKERS’ sole responsibility.
