Interfacility Transfers. GHC-initiated non-emergent transfers to or from a GHC Facility are covered as set forth in the Allowances Schedule. N. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Skilled nursing care in a GHC-approved skilled nursing facility when full-time skilled nursing care is necessary in the opinion of the attending GHC Provider, is covered as set forth in the Allowances Schedule.
