Interface Availability. 9.2.3.1 CenturyLink shall make its OSS interfaces available to Reseller during the hours listed in the Gateway Availability PIDs. 9.2.3.2 CenturyLink shall notify Reseller in a timely manner regarding system downtime through mass email distribution and pop-up windows as applicable.
