Interface Availability. 12.2.3.1 CenturyLink shall make its OSS interfaces available to CLEC during the hours listed in the Gateway Availability PIDs in Section 20. 12.2.3.2 CenturyLink shall notify CLEC in a timely manner regarding system downtime through mass email distribution and pop-up windows as applicable.
