Interests in Customers, Suppliers, Etc. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.20 attached hereto, neither the Sellers nor any officer or director of the Company possesses, directly or indirectly, any ownership interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any Person which is a supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, licensor, developer, competitor or potential competitor of the Company. Ownership of securities of a company whose securities are registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 of 5% or less of any class of such securities shall not be deemed to be a financial interest for purposes of this Section 3.20.

Ownership of securities of a company corporation whose securities are registered under the Securities Exchange 1934 Act not in excess of 1934 of five percent (5% or less %) of any class of such securities shall not be deemed to be a financial interest for purposes of this Section 3.20Section.

Except as set forth on Schedule 3.20 4.18 attached hereto, neither the Sellers nor any no officer or director of the Company any Seller or Partnership possesses, directly or indirectly, any ownership financial interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any Person which is a supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, licensor, developer, competitor developer or potential competitor of the Companysuch Partnership. Ownership of securities of a company whose securities are registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 1934, as amended, of 5% or less of any class of such securities shall not be deemed to be a financial interest for purposes of this Section 3.204.18.

Ownership of 5% or less of any class of securities of a company Person whose securities are registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 of 5% or less of any class of such securities 1934, as amended, shall not be deemed to be a financial interest for purposes of this Section 3.203.28.
