Interest on Floating Rate Notes. (i) Interest Payment Dates Each Floating Rate Note bears interest on its outstanding nominal amount from either (i) the Interest Commencement Date or (ii) if a Change of Interest Basis is specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable, the date from which the Floating Rate Note provisions are stated to apply, at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Rate of Interest, such interest being payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date.
