Interest on Final Net Settlement Amounts Sample Clauses

Interest on Final Net Settlement Amounts. Each Final Net Settlement Amount shall bear interest at the Base Rate plus 1% per annum from (and including) the relevant Final Settlement Date to (but excluding) the date of actual payment. If the date of determination of a Final Net Settlement Amount is not the Final Settlement Date, such Final Net Settlement Amount shall bear interest at the Base Rate from (but excluding) the date of its determination to (but excluding) the Final Settlement Date.
