Common use of INTEREST OF GRANTEE Clause in Contracts

INTEREST OF GRANTEE. The Grantee covenants that it presently has no interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of its services hereunder. The Grantee further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement, it shall not knowingly employ any person having such interest. Grantee further certifies that no member of the board of the Grantee or any of its officers or directors have such an adverse interest.
