Interest Deficit Amount Sample Clauses

Interest Deficit Amount. Interest shall accrue on the Interest Deficit Amount for each Interest Period as follows: (A) To the extent such Interest Deficit Amount is funded through the issuance of Promissory Notes, such portion shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to such Lender’s CP Conduit Rate for each day of such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin. (B) To the extent such Interest Deficit Amount is not funded through the issuance of Promissory Notes, such portion shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin.
