Interest-based negotiation. The parties may agree to apply the principles of interest-based negotiation in jointly striving to resolve disputes which may arise in the workplace. Interest-based negotiation. The Parties understand that the goal of the mediation process is to arrive at a resolution of all issues that need to be addressed in connection with their divorce by focusing on their respective interests and the interests of the Parties’ children, if any, and the Parties agree to be flexible in considering the various options that might best serve those interests.
Interest-based negotiation. While participating in mediation, each Party will make a good faith attempt to settle this dispute through mediation, to cooperate with the Mediator and to be open, candid and complete in its efforts to resolve the dispute.
