INTEREST AND REPAYMENTS OF LOAN ASSISTANCE. 21. (1) Each payment of loan assistance to a State or so much of each payment as for the time being remains unrepaid to the Commonwealth will, until repayment as provided in clause 22, bear interest at the rate of 4 ½ per centum per annum computed from the date upon which the payment is made.
