Interest and Principal on. Bid Rate Loans. The outstanding principal ---------------------------------------- amount of each Bid Rate Loan shall bear interest until payment is due in full (computed daily on the basis of a 360-day year and actual days elapsed) at a rate per annum equal to the Bid Rate. Borrower shall pay interest on each Bid Rate Loan on each Interest Payment Date for such Bid Rate Loan. Borrower shall repay in full the Principal Amount of each Bid Rate Loan on the last day of the Interest Period of such Bid Rate Loan.

  • Interest and Principal The Notes will mature on July 1, 2020 and will bear interest at the rate of 4.250% per annum. The Issuers will pay interest on the Notes on each January 1 and July 1 (each an “Interest Payment Date”), beginning on January 1, 2016, to the Holders of record on the immediately preceding December 15 or June 15 (each a “Record Date”), respectively. Interest on the Notes shall accrue from the most recent date to which interest has been paid or, if no interest has been paid, from and including the date of issuance. Payments of the principal of and interest on the Notes shall be made in Dollars, and the Notes shall be denominated in Dollars.

  • Interest and Late Charges If Tenant fails to pay when due any Rent or other amounts or charges which Tenant is obligated to pay under the terms of this Lease, the unpaid amounts shall bear interest at the maximum rate then allowed by law. Tenant acknowledges that the late payment of any Monthly Installment of Base Rent will cause Landlord to lose the use of that money and incur costs and expenses not contemplated under this Lease, including without limitation, administrative and collection costs and processing and accounting expenses, the exact amount of which is extremely difficult to ascertain.
