Common use of Interconnection Points and Cables Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Points and Cables. CBT shall: 12.8.1 provide ICG an Interconnection point or points physically accessible by both CBT and ICG, at which the fiber optic cable (or other necessary facility as per ICG's Bona Fide Request) carrying ICG's circuits can enter CBT's Premises; provided that CBT shall designate Interconnection Points as close as reasonably possible to CBT's Premises; 12.8.2 provide at least two (2) such Interconnection points at CBT's Premises at which there are at least two (2) entry points for ICG's cable facilities, and at which space is available for new facilities in at least two (2) of those entry points;

CBT shall: 12.8.1 12.9.1 provide ICG TELIGENT an Interconnection point or points physically accessible by both CBT and ICGTELIGENT, at which the fiber optic cable (or other necessary facility as per ICGTELIGENT's Bona Fide Request) carrying ICGTELIGENT's circuits can enter CBT's Premises; provided that CBT shall designate Interconnection Points as close as reasonably possible to CBT's Premises; 12.8.2 12.9.2 provide at least two (2) such Interconnection points at CBT's Premises at which there are at least two (2) entry points for ICGTELIGENT's cable facilities, and at which space is available for new facilities in at least two (2) of those entry points;
