Common use of Interconnection Points and Cables Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Points and Cables. 12.8.1 CBT shall provide CLEC an Interconnection point or points physically accessible by both CBT and CLEC, at which the fiber optic cable (or other necessary facility as per CLEC's Bona Fide Request) carrying CLEC's circuits can enter CBT's Premises; provided that CBT shall designate Interconnection Points as close as reasonably possible to CBT's Premises.
