Common use of Interconnection Customer Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own the following Interconnection Facilities: All Attachment Facilities from the Point of Interconnection to the generator leads, which consist of the following: i. One (1) 34.5/69 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 MVA main step-up transformer;

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own own, the following Interconnection Facilities: All Attachment Facilities from the Point of Interconnection to the generator leads, which consist of the following: i. a) One (1) 34.5/69 230-24 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 351/468/585 MVA main step-up transformer;

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own own, the following Interconnection Facilities: All Attachment Facilities from the Point of Interconnection to the generator leads, which consist of the following: i. Six (6) 550V-34.5 kV, 2.5 MVA step-up transformers; ii. One (1) 34.5/69 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 MVA main step-up transformer;34.5 kV generation collector bus; iii. One (1) 34.5 kV circuit breaker; and iv. One (1) 34.5 kV generator lead line from the generation substation to the Point of Interconnection with MAIT.

One (1) 34.5/69 69/34.5 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 13.5/18/22.5 MVA main step-up transformer;

(1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own own, the following Interconnection Facilities: All Attachment Facilities from the Point of Interconnection to the generator leads, which consist of the following: i. 1. One (1) 34.5/69 138/34.5 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 54/72/90 MVA main step-up transformer;

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own own, the following Interconnection Facilities: All Attachment Facilities from the Point of Interconnection to the generator leads, which consist of including the following: i. • Five (5) 34.5kV/600V, 2.0/2.24 MVA step up transformers; • Three (3) 34.5kV/600V, 3.0/3.36 MVA step up transformers; • One (1) 34.5/69 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 MVA 34.5 kV collector bus; and • One (1) 38 kV main step-up transformer;circuit breaker and associated metering equipment.

(1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own own, the following Interconnection Facilities: All Attachment Facilities from the Point of Interconnection to the generator leads, which consist of the following: i. One (1) 34.5/69 138-34.5 kV, 3670/4893/60 117 65/87/108 MVA main step-up transformer;
