Interconnection Agreement Non-Transferable. 5.11.1 The Interconnection Agreement is non-transferable. The Interconnection Member shall notify the purchaser of the Generating Facility that a new Interconnection Request must be submitted to the Cooperative within 20 Business Days of the transfer of ownership or the Cooperative’s Interconnection Facilities shall be removed or disabled and the Generating Facility disconnected from the Cooperative’s System.
