Common use of Interconnection Activation Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Activation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each Party shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to enable MFN to provide fully operational service predominately over its own Telephone Exchange Service facilities to business and residential Customers in accordance with MFN’s intended implementation schedule in Rhode Island, attached hereto as Schedule 4.1. To that end, the Parties will establish and perform to milestones such as Trunking arrangements for Traffic Exchange, timely submission of Access Service Requests, 911 Interconnection establishments, SS7 Certification and arrangements for alternate-billed calls.
