Common use of Interconnection Activation Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Activation. The types of Traffic to be exchanged under this Agreement shall be Local Traffic, IntraLATA Toll (and InterLATA Toll, as applicable) Traffic, Transit Traffic, Meet-Point Billing Traffic, Internet Traffic and Ancillary Traffic. The Parties' Interconnection Points for such Traffic shall be set forth in Schedule 4.1. The Parties will establish and perform to milestones such as Trunking Arrangements for Traffic Exchange, Timely Submission of Access Service Requests, 911 Interconnection establishments, SS7 Certification and arrangements for alternate-billed calls.
