Intercom. The Building’s intercom system is interconnected. Cutting, removing, disconnecting or attempting to modify an individual unit may interrupt service to other apartments. Changes to the Building’s intercom system must be submitted for approval. ALL intercom work must be performed by the Building’s Intercom Contractor, who should be consulted in regard to upgrading or relocating Apartment units.
