Interagency Datasets Sample Clauses

Interagency Datasets. In addition to the CDD, the Governing Board may recommend the establishment of one or more Interagency Datasets, as defined in the following sentence, to facilitate authorized purposes under applicable law, which may include, without limitation, audit, evaluation, research, or reporting. The term “Interagency Datasets” means a dataset, database, data file, or other mechanism for the aggregation and maintenance of data over multiple years from two or more LDS Agencies for a specified purpose or purposes. To establish an Interagency Dataset, each of the LDS Agencies whose data will be included must approve its establishment and an administrator of that dataset (who may, but need not, be the CDD Administrator). The LDS Agencies’ approval of the establishment of the Interagency Dataset and its administrator shall occur through an amendment to this Agreement that does not modify any of the generally applicable terms hereof and shall be executed only by each of the LDS Agencies providing data for the Interagency Dataset.
