Interactive Technology. In the event that Grantee's Cable System becomes Interactive, Grantee shall make one governmental and one educational channel interactive to a similar level of interactivity at the City's request. Grantee's Cable System shall be deemed Interactive when 30% of Grantee's subscribers in the Franchise Area subscribe to any Interactive service commercially available over Grantee's Cable System.
