Common use of Interactive Service Clause in Contracts

Interactive Service. An entity offering one or more of the following: (i) online or Internet connectivity services (e.g., an Internet service provider); (ii) an interactive site or service featuring a broad selection of aggregated third party interactive content (or navigation thereto) (e.g., an online service or search and directory service)and/or marketing a broad selection of products and/or services across numerous interactive commerce categories (e.g., an online mall or other leading online commerce site); and (iii) communications software capable of serving as the principal means through which a user creates, sends and receives electronic mail or real time online messages.

Interactive Service. An entity offering one or more of the following: (i) online or Internet connectivity services (e.g., an Internet service provider); (ii) an interactive site or service featuring a broad selection of aggregated third party interactive content (or navigation thereto) (e.g., an online service or search and directory service)and/or service) and/or marketing a broad selection of products and/or services across numerous multiple interactive commerce categories (e.g., an online mall or other leading online commerce site)categories; and (iii) a persistent desktop client; or (iv) communications software capable of serving as the principal means through which a user creates, sends and or receives electronic mail or real time or "instant" online messagesmessages (whether by telephone, computer or other means).
