Intended Use of the Property. Licensee plans to use PG&E property for constructing, maintaining, servicing, and removing signs and licensee equipment, and will have the non-exclusive right to access the site(s) to the extent and under the conditions specified in the form for the Site License Agreement at Exhibit A of the Master Agreement, and subject to approval by PG&E. (See Attachment 1 – Exhibit A.) As described earlier, the design and construction of signboards to be proposed by Licensee under the Master Agreement will vary by design. There are numerous design options that could be constructed and will require evaluation by PG&E to ensure the signboard design and size are appropriate for the proposed location. Pursuant to the Master Agreement, each individual site license must comply with all the Use of Sites conditions (Section 8, Attachment 1) and obtain all Regulatory Approvals, as defined in the Master Agreement. This includes all authorizations, approvals and permits required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over a proposed Signboard at the applicable Site, including, but not limited to, approvals and determinations under the California Environmental Quality Act (including the environmental impact report or other underlying environmental review documents or determinations), zoning determinations and interpretations, and conditional use permits.
Intended Use of the Property. The premises shall be used exclusively for the accommodation of the occupant. The only persons authorised to occupy the accommodation are: ..................................................................................................................................................................... ..................................................................................................................................................................... ..................................................................................................................................................................... ..................................................................................................................................................................... Any transfer or subletting, whether partial or total, is strictly forbidden.

Intended Use of the Property. The proposed encroachment onto PG&E’s Easement Area is for the construction and installation of the Improvements. Lennar is requesting permission from PG&E in the form of the Agreement to allow the construction of the Block Wall that will run parallel with and inside of the Easement Area. The Agreement will require that Lennar maintain the Block Wall for the term of the Agreement, unless PG&E exercises an express unilateral right to terminate the Agreement on 90 days advance notice in the event the sound wall ever interferes with PG&E’s operations in the Easement Area, as more particularly described in the Agreement. The Block Wall, as currently proposed, will not interfere with PG&E’s existing facilities and will be designed and constructed in such a way so as not to hinder access to, or maintenance of, PG&E’s facilities in the Easement Area. The project design calls for adequate access on both sides of the sound wall so that PG&E maintenance can be performed without hindrance. Maps of the construction area are provided in Exhibit C to Attachment 1.
Intended Use of the Property. As provided in the Agreement, PG&E agrees to replace the bridge at Camp Creek Road log mile 7.5 with a new bridge structure (“Replacement Bridge”) at its sole cost, including the costs associated with the design, environmental review (CEQA), permits, and construction. PG&E also agrees to remove the culverts and fill materials previously placed in the drainage by PG&E. The Replacement Bridge is designed as a 40-ton load steel girder bridge with metal beam guardrails measuring approximately 14-feet wide by 40-feet long using precast concrete blocks and other precast elements for footings that will bear on natural rock. The design of the abutment and approach of the Replacement Bridge is described in the drawings prepared by PG&E’s consultant, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx dated 8/2/10, Sheets S-1 though S-7. The design of the Replacement Bridge is set forth in the drawings prepared by ADM Welding and Fabrication dated 7/28/10, Sheets 1 through 7, and the Structural Calculations was prepared by Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx dated 7/10/10. Copies of these drawings and calculations are attached hereto as Attachment 3.
