Common use of Intellectual Property of Others Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property of Others. Executive shall not use, disclose to the Company, or induce the Company to use, during Executive’s employment with the Company any Intellectual Property (i) belonging to any other Person, in breach of any contractual or legal obligation to such Person, and/or (ii) created prior to Executive employment relationship with the Company and/or its Affiliates for which Executive could claim a right.
