Common use of Intellectual Property Assignment Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Assignment. Any and all documents necessary to perfect and properly record the assignment to Buyer of all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Seller Intellectual Property, including, without limitation:

Intellectual Property Assignment. Any and all documents necessary to perfect and properly record the assignment to the Buyer of all of Seller’s the Sellers’ right, title and interest in and to the Seller Product Intellectual Property, including, without limitation:substantially in the form of Exhibit B (the “IP Assignments”);
