Common use of Intellectual Property and Copyright Committee Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property and Copyright Committee. The parties agree to establish a subcommittee of Joint Committee to address intellectual property and copyright issues. This subcommittee shall be called the “Intellectual Property and Copyright Committee,” and shall be composed of two (2) members appointed by the Employer and two members appointed by the Union. The Committee shall be co-chaired jointly by one (1) representative of the Union and one (1) representative of the Employer. The Committee shall meet at the call of any two (2) members to:
