Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights. 17.1. All intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, patent rights, design rights, copyrights and neighbouring rights, database rights, trademark rights, chip rights, trade name rights and know how, ensuing, during or after this employment contract, in The Netherlands or abroad, from the work performed by Employee under this Agreement (collectively: ‘Intellectual Property Rights’) will exclusively vest in Priceline or Xxxxxxx.xxx, as applicable.
