Common use of Integration Services; Maintenance and Support Services Clause in Contracts

Integration Services; Maintenance and Support Services. Motorola will provide (a) Integration Services at the applicable Sites, agreed upon by the Parties or (b) Maintenance and Support Services, each as further described in the applicable statement of work. Maintenance, Support Services and Integration Services will each be considered “Services”, as defined above.

Integration Services; Maintenance and Support Services. If and as specified herein, Motorola will provide the (a) design, deployment, and integration Services (“Integration Services Services”) in order to set up, configure, and integrate the applicable Products at the applicable mutually agreed designated locations (“Sites”), agreed upon by the Parties or (b) break/fix maintenance, technical support, or other Services (“Maintenance and Support Services”), each as further described in the applicable statement of work. Maintenance, Maintenance and Support Services and Integration Services will each be considered are “Services”, as defined above.
