Integration Services; Maintenance and Support Services. If specified in an Ordering Document, Motorola will provide, for the term of such Ordering Document, (a) design, deployment, and integration Services in order to design, install, set up, configure, and/or integrate the applicable Products at the applicable locations (“Sites”), agreed upon by the Parties (“Integration Services”), or (b) break/fix maintenance, technical support, or other Services (such as software integration Services) (“Maintenance and Support Services”), each as further described in the applicable statement of work. Maintenance and Support Services and Integration Services will each be considered “Services”, as defined above.
