Integration of Recitals; Definitions. The statements set forth in the Recitals are incorporated herein by reference and are made an integral part of this Agreement as if set forth herein at length. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Credit Agreement, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below, unless the context clearly otherwise requires:
