Integration, Lending Agreement to Govern. This Lending Agreement and the Agreement contain the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace any previously made proposals, representations, warranties or agreements with respect thereto by the parties. In the event of any conflict between this Lending Agreement, and the Agreement, this Lending Agreement shall govern.
