Common use of Integration; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement, including and incorporating all schedules and exhibits attached hereto, constitutes and contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes in its entirety any and all prior agreements, whether written or oral, among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
