Common use of Integration and Modification Clause in Contracts

Integration and Modification. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and communications, whether oral or written, with respect to such subject matter. Neither this Agreement, nor any provision or term of this Agreement, may be amended, modified, revoked, supplemented, waived, or otherwise changed except by a writing signed by all of the Parties.

Integration and Modification. This All negotiations, understanding, representations, and preliminary agreements are hereby merged and integrated into this Agreement sets forth which shall be the entire understanding and agreement final expression of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this understanding. This Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and communications, whether oral or written, with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement sets forth forms the entire understanding and agreement of between the Parties with respect parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement Agreement, and supersedes all prior agreementsagreements (including without limitation the Supply Agreement dated June 1, understandings1990), negotiationscommitments, representations, writings, and communications, whether oral or written, with respect to such subject matter. Neither discussions are merged into and superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement may not be released, nor any provision or term of this Agreementdischarged, may be amended, modified, revoked, supplemented, waivedchanged, or otherwise changed modified in any manner except by a an instrument in writing signed by all a duly authorized officer or representative of each of the Partiesparties.
