Common use of Integrated Products Clause in Contracts

Integrated Products. In the event that a Licensed Product includes (a) an EMPR Recording Function or function capable of accessing in usable form content stored on a storage media embedded in such Licensed Product and (b) functions capable of recording onto, or accessing in usable form content stored on, another storage medium (such Licensed Product, an “Integrated Product”), the requirements of this Section 4 shall apply to such Licensed Product.

Integrated Products. In the event that a Licensed Product includes (a) an EMPR Recording Function or function capable of accessing in usable form content stored on a storage media embedded in such Licensed Product an EMPR Media and (b) functions capable of recording onto, or accessing in usable form content stored on, another storage medium medium, including but not limited to an HDD (such Licensed Product, an “Integrated Product”), the requirements of this Section 4 shall apply to such Licensed Product.
