Integrated Products. For the purposes of this Data Security Guide, “Integrated Products” shall mean ServiceNow-provided integrations to third-party products or any other third-party products that are used by Customer in connection with the Subscription Service. Customer agrees that its use of such Integrated Products will be: (i) in compliance with all Laws, including but not limited to, Data Protection Laws; and (ii) in accordance with its contractual agreement with the provider of such Integrated Products. Any Personal Data populated from the Integrated Products to the Subscription Service must be collected, used, disclosed and, if applicable, internationally transferred in accordance with Customer’s privacy policy, which will adhere to Data Protection Laws.
Integrated Products. Notwithstanding anything herein, Notabene may discontinue access to any Integrated Product at any time in Notabene’s sole discretion, and Notabene disclaims any and all responsibility, without exception and to the maximum extent that applicable law permits, for the performance or accuracy of Integrated Products.

Integrated Products. In the event that a Licensed Product includes (a) an EMPR Recording Function or function capable of accessing in usable form content stored on a storage media embedded in such Licensed Product and (b) functions capable of recording onto, or accessing in usable form content stored on, another storage medium (such Licensed Product, an “Integrated Product”), the requirements of this Section 4 shall apply to such Licensed Product.
Integrated Products. Notwithstanding clause (iii) in Section 12.1, Customer may resell Products to third parties: (a) on a standalone basis solely as required to fulfill outstanding warranty and spare parts obligations to its Customers and as part of Customer’s asset management practices in the ordinary course of business but only with respect to used or repaired Products that are no longer usable in Customer’s Integrated Products; and (b) as part of an integrated product that contains substantial material and technology in addition to the Product, in which the Product is physically integrated only as a subcomponent and not the primary aspect or functionality of such product (an “Integrated Product”). As a condition of the right to resell the Products as part of an Integrated Product, Customer understands and agrees that Customer is deemed the “producer” of all Integrated Products under any laws, regulations or other statutory scheme providing for the marking, collection, recycling and/or disposal of electrical and electronic equipment in any jurisdiction whatsoever, and will be solely responsible for complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations applicable to its manufacture and sale of the Integrated Products.
Integrated Products. In the case, that the Goods will incorporated into products manufactured by Buyer (“Devices”) the parties acknowledge, that Seller shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any injury to any person or damage to any property that results from or is otherwise related to the Devices. Buyer shall be liable for and shall indemnify and defend and hold Seller and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability, damages or loss from any claims, suits, proceedings, demands, recoveries or expenses, including without limitation, all costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with the Devices arising out of (i) the death or injury to any person or damage to property resulting from or related to the design, manufacture, sale or use of any Device or any part thereof; or (ii) any third party claim alleging that the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, import or export of any Device infringes or misappropriates the proprietary rights of the third party claimant. The foregoing indemnity is in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other indemnities made by Buyer in favor of Seller herein or in the Instrument of Sale.
