DATA SECURITY GUIDE Clause Samples
The Data Security Guide clause establishes the standards and procedures that must be followed to protect sensitive data within the scope of an agreement. It typically outlines the technical and organizational measures required, such as encryption, access controls, and incident response protocols, and may reference compliance with specific industry standards or regulations. By clearly defining these requirements, the clause helps ensure that both parties understand their responsibilities for safeguarding data, thereby reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring regulatory compliance.
