Common use of Integrated and Binding Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Integrated and Binding Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and there are no other agreements, understandings, representations or warranties among the parties hereto other than those set forth herein. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the Member and only as provided in this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties hereto agree that this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement, and is enforceable against each of them in accordance with its terms.
