Common use of Insured Events of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Insured Events of Force Majeure. To the extent that the consequences of an event of Force Majeure fall within the terms of the insurance cover required by Clauses 14.1 and 14.2, the Private Party shall forthwith make the appropriate claims thereunder and shall apply the proceeds as required by Clause 14.3.4.
