Insurance Types a. Commercial General Liability Insurance or Governmental Self- Insurance: Except for Governmental Self—Insurance, policies must be endorsed to add “the State of Michigan, its departments, divisions, agencies, offices, commissions, officers, employees, and agents” as additional insureds using endorsement CG 2010 07 04 and CG 2037 07 04. If the Grantee will deal with children, schools, or the cognitively impaired, coverage must not have exclusions or limitations related to sexual abuse and molestation liability.
