Insurance; OSHA. Developer shall, through contract requirements and other normal means, guarantee and furnish to the Town proof thereof that all employees and contractors engaged in the construction of improvements are covered by adequate Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Public Liability Insurance, and shall require the faithful compliance with all provisions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
