Insurance for Properties. Each of Ventas and each Subsidiary maintains or causes to be maintained by the lessee under the leases for its properties or by the manager of its properties insurance covering its properties (including title to its properties), assets, operations, personnel and businesses, and such insurance is of such type and in such amounts in accordance with customary industry practice and in Ventas’s reasonable judgment sufficient to protect Ventas and the Subsidiaries and their businesses.
