Common use of Insurance for Own Account Clause in Contracts

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in this Section 10 shall prohibit any of the Lessee or the Insured Parties from obtaining insurance for their own account and any proceeds payable thereunder shall be payable as provided in the insurance policy relating thereto, provided that no such insurance may be obtained which would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage or payment of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained pursuant to this Section 10.

Nothing in this Section 10 11 shall prohibit any of the Lessor or Lessee or the Insured Parties from obtaining insurance for their its own account and any proceeds payable thereunder shall be payable as provided in the insurance policy relating thereto, provided that no such insurance may be obtained which that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage or payment of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained pursuant to this Section 1011.
