Common use of Insurance for Own Account Clause in Contracts

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in Section 4.06 shall limit or prohibit (a) Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, or (b) Mortgagee from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in Section 4.06 shall limit or prohibit (a) Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, or (b) Mortgagee from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); providedPROVIDED, howeverHOWEVER, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in this Section 4.06 2.05 shall limit or prohibit (a) the Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B A with higher limits than those specified in Annex BA, or (b) Mortgagee or any Additional Insured from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by the Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 2.05 and Annex B.A.

Nothing in Section 4.06 2.06 shall limit or prohibit (a) Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B Exhibit F with higher limits than those specified in Annex BExhibit F, or (b) Mortgagee from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 2.06 and Annex B.Exhibit F.

Nothing in Section 4.06 3.06 shall limit or prohibit (ai) Owner the Borrower from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits coverage than those specified in Annex B, or (bii) Mortgagee the Administrative Agent or any other Additional Insured from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner the Borrower pursuant to this Section 4.06 3.06 and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in Section (S) 4.06 shall limit or prohibit (a) Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, or (b) Mortgagee from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of or increase the cost of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner pursuant to this Section (S) 4.06 and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in this Section 4.06 4.09(a) shall limit or prohibit (a) the Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, B or (b) the Mortgagee or any Additional Insured from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by the Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 4.09(a) and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in this Section 4.06 4.09(a) shall limit or prohibit (a) the Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, or (b) the Mortgagee or any Additional Insured from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by the Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 4.09(a) and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in Section 4.06 shall limit or prohibit (a) Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, or (b) Mortgagee from obtaining insurance for its own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance 49 57 may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 and Annex B.

Insurance for Own Account. Nothing in Section 4.06 shall limit or prohibit (a) Owner from maintaining the policies of insurance required under Annex B with higher limits than those specified in Annex B, or (b) Mortgagee from obtaining insurance for its BACK own account (and any proceeds payable under such separate insurance shall be payable as provided in the policy relating thereto); provided, however, that no insurance may be obtained or maintained that would limit or otherwise adversely affect the coverage of any insurance required to be obtained or maintained by Owner pursuant to this Section 4.06 and Annex B.
