Common use of Insurance Certificates Clause in Contracts

Insurance Certificates. Prior to commencement of the Services, the Contractor shall submit to the Town certificates of insurance for all Required Insurance and all necessary endorsements. Insurance limits, term of insurance, insured parties, and other information sufficient to demonstrate conformance with this Section 5.0 and its subsections shall be indicated on each certificate of insurance.
