Insurance Application. A teacher on unpaid leave pursuant to this Article is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The teacher shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave.

It is the responsibility of the employee to make arrangements with the school business office to pay to the school district the monthly premium amounts in advance and on such date as determined by the school district.
