Common use of Instruments of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Instruments of Transfer. The Seller shall have delivered to the Purchaser such assignments, bills of sale, deeds, certificates of title and other instruments of transfer, all in form reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, as are necessary to fully and effectively convey to the Purchaser all of the Subject Assets in accordance with the terms hereof and shall have executed the Consignment Agreement.
