Instruments of Transfer. The Transferor and Transferee shall deliver to the Manager (A) a duly executed and acknowledged instrument of assignment, setting forth the intention of the assignor that the assignee become a Substituted Member in its place, in form and substance satisfactory to the Manager, including such information or supplemental information about the Transferee or the assignment as the Manager may reasonably request, and (B) such other instruments, in such form and substance, as the Manager deems necessary or desirable to effect such Transfer or admission.
