Common use of Instrument of Proxy Clause in Contracts

Instrument of Proxy. 34.1 A Member may appoint a proxy by (a) an instrument appointing a proxy in writing in such form as the Supervisory Board may determine from time to time; or (b) such telephonic, electronic or other means as may be approved by the Supervisory Board from time to time.
