Instructor’s Certification Sample Clauses

The Instructor’s Certification clause requires the instructor to formally affirm that they possess the necessary qualifications, credentials, or experience to perform their teaching duties. Typically, this involves providing documentation such as degrees, licenses, or professional certifications, and may also include a declaration of compliance with relevant laws or institutional standards. This clause ensures that only suitably qualified individuals are entrusted with instructional responsibilities, thereby protecting the institution and students from unqualified teaching and maintaining educational quality.
